Our spa is decorated with traditional Thai furnishings, an herbal steam room and roof top sun deck. We also offer single or double treatment rooms to enjoy all of our spa packages.

Cookery Classes
At Sandalwood restaurant we also offer the opportunity to learn how to create authentic Thai dishes so that you can enjoy the flavours of your trip when you return home.

In room amenities
Television: All villas have the latest UBC Satellite system installed. You are able to watch more
then 50 different channels, 24 hours a day. Including CNN, MTV, ESPN, HBO, BBC, CARTOONS
and many others. There are also 10 music channels available.
Entertainment: You have a DVD player and a CD player in your villa.
There are many interesting DVD’s, CD’s, magazines, and books at the reception for your viewing.
Please help yourself, and just return them when finished.
Air Conditioning: It is adjusted by a remote control located on the wall. The A/C can be set to the temperature you are most comfortable with. There is also either a floor fan or a ceiling fan.
Please turn off the A/C when you leave from your room.
Kitchen Facilities: The larger villas have fully equipped, well-stocked kitchens.
The smaller villas have a mini kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator and water kettle.
All Villas have an amenity package. Please use these amenities with our compliments.
Water: Two free bottles of drinking water will be provided and re-stocked daily.
Our tap water is not recommended for drinking or brushing teeth. Our water is city water, and
as with all of the water in Thailand, we recommend using it only for washing.
Telephone: Contact reception for International telephone service. Please see the telephone card by the phone for local and room to room dialing. Wake up calls can be set up.
Mobile Phone: We provide our guests with a free mobile phone, to help you to communicate with us easily. Pick up your phone up at the reception if you want one.
Free Internet: Wireless is available in your room. Should you have any problems making connections,
please contact the reception. For your convenience a guest computer is located in the lobby between the hours of 8:00 am. until 10.00 pm.
Laundry: We can have your laundry back the next day washed clean, folded, and ironed.

Laundry bags are available in your closet. Chaweng also has many laundry shops.
Toilets: Koh Samui is a very small island and our septic systems are sensitive. 
Please try not to flush any paper or sanitary products.
Bed Linen And Towels: Our hotel has joined the “Save the Earth Campaign” and we want to save our valuable resources, such as energy and water, and try to reduce pollution from detergents and cleaning products. Please help us conserve. We provide daily bed linen change, fresh towels, and nightly turn down service. Pool towels are provided in your room, and at the poolside.
Our Hotel Transport: We offer our hotel guest our own transport service. Please see reception for our very reasonable rates. We realize that we are situated on the hillside, and all of our cars are newer and well equipped for your comfort and safety. Also we have 1 free daily round trip hotel shuttle to Chaweng beach, or Lamai beach. We can drop you off and pick you up from Coral Cove Beach (the small beach at the bottom
of the hill) anytime you want, and at no charge. Please contact reception when you are ready to go.
We are happy to service all your transportation needs between 8:00 am. and 11:00 pm. every day.
Yellow Taxi: Beware fares can very drastically! These taxi’s do not use their meters.
Try to agree on a fare, the number of persons, and the final destination, before getting in.
We recommend certain taxi’s, and we have their phone numbers available at the reception desk.
Public Transportation: Getting around Samui is very easy to do with the red taxi trucks which are
called “sawng taews”. The fare depends on the distance you want to go. There is no public bus service around the island. We can also assist you in hiring a car. Please make arrangements with receptionist.
Fire Extinguishers: In the smaller villas, they are located inside the rear closets on the wall.
In the larger villa, it is in the kitchen closet next to the refrigerator.
First Aid Kits: A small first aid kit is provided in the bathroom or kitchen. For any serious injuries
please go to the hospital. For more minor injuries any of the local first aid clinics can help.
Please let us know immediately if you are injured.
Mini Bar: It is in your room, and it will be refilled on daily basis. Should you require an extra refill,
please contact our reception. Please note that your mini bar will be charged to your room account.
Swimming Pool: Hours are from 8.00 am. until 10.00 pm. Please have children supervised at all times.
There is NO lifeguard on duty. Contact reception if you would like any food or beverage service at the pool.
Business Center: Should you require any kind of business services, our staff will be happy to assist you. We can post letters and packages.
Bell Service: For luggage collection, please contact at reception. Short term baggage storage is available.
Car or Motorbike Rental: We have rental cars, of all types, and motorbikes available for hire.
You will find our rates as low as anyone else. Again contact at reception for your needs.
Check out time: Check out time is 12:00 noon. Should you wish to extend your stay, or check out later, please contact the reception for an arrangement, and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Doctor: If you require medical assistance, please contact reception.
Hospital: There are at least four major hospitals, and many dental clinics on the island.
Durian Fruit: Durian Fruit is strictly not permitted to be brought into the room.
Electricity: Local voltage is 220 volts. Transformers and adapters are available upon request.
Florist: Flowers for any occasion, no problem. Please contact our reception.
Golf: For more information or reservations, please contact our reception.
There is now a golf course right next door to us. Samui has two driving ranges.
Information: Our attentive service is available for any information you may require.
Lost and Found: Please contact our reception. We will hold any items that we found for you.
Mosquitoes: Being in the tropical area, you may find insects. We suggest you keep the door closed whenever it is possible, to keep away undesired insects. Mosquito repellent is available in your villa.
Most mosquitoes come out around dusk, so this is a good time to close doors.
Safety Deposit Box: We provide a Safety Deposit Box in every room and recommend that you use it.
We do not take responsibility for any loss of personal belongings. Instructions to set up your own pass
code are located near the Safety Deposit Box, but if you need further assistance, contact our office.
Payment: All room and other charges must be settled in full before checking out.
We will also provide you with an accounting, for your review, prior to checking out.
We use Thai Baht for our currency. Please note, that we’ll charge a 3% credit card handling fee if you pay the outstanding balance with your credit card at check out.
Otherwise, there are many banks within close proximity, and we accept cash.
Power Outages: Koh Samui gets electricity from the mainland. Koh Samui does have power outages from time to time, usually lasting less than an hour. We do have two small standby generators to provide safety
and security lighting in this event. Your room has a flashlight and candles, too.
Security: We have our own security guard stationed in the lobby area from 8.00 pm. until 8.00 am.
every night. As well, we have a security camera system installed.
Tour Service: A complete tour service and activity brochures are available in the lobby.
