  • Children under 12 stay free of charge
  • All rates are based on 2 persons, each extra person will be charged 800++ THB /day (this includes breakfast and round trip airport transportation)
  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm booking
  • All charges must be settled prior to departure.
  • We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards only
  • A valid passport and matching credit card must be submitted upon arrival.
  • If you don t have a credit card, a full cash prepayment will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations one month prior to check in date will receive a full refund of their deposit less a 15% admin fee and any bank transfer fees incurred.
  • Cancellations less than one month prior to check in, or early checkouts, during low season will be subject to a one room night cancellation fee per room booked at the highest rate during the period staying, plus a 15% admin fee and any bank transfer fees incurred.
  • Cancellations during high season will be subject to a two room night cancellation fee per room booked plus a 15% admin fee.
  • Cancellations during peak season will be subject to a three room night cancellation fee per room booked plus a 15% admin fee.

*Emergency cancellation or early check out will be considered on a case by case basis
