- Bookings are subject to 7% government tax
- Bookings are subject to 10% service charge
- Children under 12 stay free of charge
- All rates are based on 2 persons, each extra person will be charged 800++ THB /day (this includes breakfast and round trip airport transportation)
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm booking
- All credit cards are subject to a 3% bank service charge when check out.
- All charges must be settled prior to departure.
- We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards only
- A valid passport and matching credit card must be submitted upon arrival.
- If you don t have a credit card, a full cash prepayment will be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Low Season and High Season
Cancellation period:
- before 21 days prior to check in date - will receive a full refund less 10% administration fee from your deposit .
- 5-21 days prior to check in date -will receive a full refund , less 10% administration fee from your deposit , plus one night room charge will be levied.
- 1-5 days prior to check in date- will receive a 50% refund, less 10% administration fee from your deposit .
Peak Season
Minimum stay 5 nights
Cancellation period:
- before 40 days prior to check in date - will receive a full refund less 15% administration fee from your deposit.
- 14-40 days prior to check in date- will receive a full refund less 15% administration fee from your deposit, plus one night room charge will be levied.
- 1-14 days prior to check in date – no deposit refund
Early check out
- 1 night accommodation on low season
- 3 nights accommodation on high season
- Full charge accommodation on peak season
- No show charge – no deposit refund
Wedding Cancellation policy
- For cancellations more than 90 days prior to the ceremony date:
- You receive the 75% of your deposit back
- For cancellation less than 90 days and more than 30 days before the ceremony date:
- You receive the 75% of your deposit back
- Cancellation 30 days or less prior to ceremony date are no deposit refund.
